Pros

Great benefits, good environment, good work-life balance, openness to reimagine how you work, laid-back Fintech culture.

Cons

The 3 in-office days/ week requirement seems counterintuitive with the usual Tech flexibility. I, personally find it far from productive since most of my work ends up being remote.
