Pros

Remote work. Benefits. Resources and support.

Cons

Inconsistent practices across the department. Metrics are easily manipulated by managers at their convenience. Discriminatory practices related to disability remain unaddressed. HR and management are misaligned on key business policies. Managers create processes that conflict with company policy, and lack of oversight allows these issues to continue. Monthly metric pulls are unreliable and not stored properly, leading to errors and unexplained fluctuations. Management demands on-time results, yet makes no improvements in areas repeatedly raised by employees.
