1. Very toxic. 2. 7-8% DNME culture, so managers hire people to fire them so that they can deliver things with old timers who have more dependency. 3. Very toxic managers. You cant complain to the leadership about your manager, manager will get to know about it and fill fire you in the next cycle. 4. Constant stress of getting fired.
