Pros

I can write a long note on this one, but will limit to top 4-5 1. Great work life balance. You are not expected to work on weekends or outside regular hours, except for a few instances. 2. Amazing people: Manager and other team members are highly supportive and really invested in your growth, and provide you with the opportunities to grow. 3. Excellent perks and comp: 401k match, employee stock purchase plan, wellness credit, RSUs, and competitive pay 4. Impact: Intuit strives to ensure that employees are doing best work of their lives, and I feel the same. You get a lot of opportunities to create large scale customer impact 5. Learning: Its pretty regular that you and your manager work on a learning/development plan to ensure you are growing professionally.

Cons

Not really. Just one thing I have observed is solid focus on compliance, which takes a lot of development time. Plus the scale is missing in few BUs where the focus is businesses.
