Pros
An excellent place to work. Supportive environment. Friendly. Caring. Motivational. Professional development. I work hard, but I am comfortable here. I know exactly where I stand performance wise. Feedback is positive and motivating.
Cons
Metrics are relied on heavily, which is okay until I take a hit for something a client is unhappy about with the company or with the previous expert. I don't want anyone to take a hit because of something I did and I don't want to take a hit for something I did not do.
