      Pros

      Great pay and excellent benefits. Good exposure to highly skilled data science professionals and resources. Great responsiveness to team issues and proactive conflict resolution.

      Cons

      Lack of prioritizing and executing on significant data requirements. A very high number of meetings. Too much time spent on administrative fluff: overly detailed regular planning, exhaustive goal and milestone setting process that does not pair well with frequent priority changes and organizational shifts. Yearly review process is too extensive.

      Pros

      - Competitive pay and benefits - Good work if you fall in the right team. Team matters (if you fall in the wrong team, all the best!).

      Cons

      - Bad management - Lots of politics - No encouragement of what you want to do - Will accommodate requests only if you are high-performing - Silent layoffs (Will randomly lay you off saying its performance so that they do not need to pay severance) - Internal mobility is a strange process. (You need to let the manager know even before you are interviewed for the new team. Can go against you in case you are not on good terms with your current manager) - Very strict with 2-3 day in office policy (unless again you are high-performing.)

      *Make your own schedule and very flexible with your life schedule. *Great Training Methods (A Hands On Learners Playground) *Great Work Environment and Great People to work with. *Great Incentives and Bonus Offered Every Season. *Great Employee Benefits even for the Seasonal Workers. *They Invest In your Success.

      *Very Busy and Detail Oriented ( Not a Job for those that are looking for easy and smooth sailing)
