Pros

Intuit is very supportive and generous towards seasonal employees. Seasonal employees are eligible to participate in 401 (k). Intuit provides sick leave towards seasonal employees also. If you work hard and perform well, your performance is noticed and recognized.

Cons

The downside is the employment is seasonal, however, contracts can be extended due to extenuating circumstances.
