Pros

Challenging work, considering the scale at which Intuit operates. Exposure to cutting edge technologies, like Agentic AI on finer tips. Lot of opportunities to learn and experiment, and showcase the same during GlobalEngieeringDays Last but not least, handsome perks.

Cons

At times, it is tiring especially when the bar to achieve perfection constantly goes high,

Pros

The company culture here is incredible. Everyone is super friendly and collaborative, and you can tell people genuinely enjoy coming to work. There’s a real positive vibe that makes a huge difference. The work/life balance is also great. I don't feel burnt out, and the company values our time outside of work, which is something I appreciate. The career opportunities are another major plus. Management is really supportive of internal growth, and I've seen so many people successfully make internal transfers to new teams to explore different roles. It's a great place to build your career without having to leave the company. The leadership is also effective; they are transparent and they listen to employee feedback. Finally, a small but awesome detail: the vision benefits are some of the best I've ever had. Seriously, they're great.

Cons

It's hard to come up with any significant cons.
