Pros

Hard to get in the door but a great place to work once you are in. The promotion process is complicated but the key is to work hard and stretch. Be comfortable with your abilities to do and go anywhere. The company appreciates that and you get recognized for your hard work.

Cons

Metrics can be frustrating when you do stretch assignments and participate in pilots. Your metrics suffer, but in the end you grow as an expert and it opens up more growth opportunities along the way.

Pros

Being able to work at home part time with full time benefits is a big plus. I have a lot of support from my manager, teammates, and others in the organization. I learn something new almost every week.

Cons

I wish we were allowed more flexibility to work on projects during non-business hours.
