Pros

I have worked here for over 10 years and I have no regrets. The pulse feedback process about people managers enables power at the grass root developer levels. It takes a lot for a tech company to exist for decades and Intuit's financial fundamentals and its values are strong.

Cons

none that i can think of.

1. Best in class employee benefits 2. CEO and leadership team laser focused on organization growth which in turn adds value as a share holder too ! (so one is basically benefited both ways, as an employee and a shareholder :) ) 3. Great organization culture that propels through the teams. 4. Pay package is one of the best in industries. 5. Empathetic leadership team

Cons

At times, timing is stretched in order to collaborate amongst global teams. However, an empathetic leadership allows all the flexibility to schedule the meetings as per convenience.
