Pros

Flexible Time Great compensation Amazing Team Members They care and give back. They offer comprehensive training and ways to improve your skills. T

Cons

You have to work at least 20 hours, and while trying to run your own business or firm as a flexible employee, I feel like that forces a lot of experts to leave; whereas If it could be 10 or 15 in the busy time; and more in off months, I think veteran experts would be able to balance both. I'm being faced with that decision and in order to stay at Intuit I am going to have to work 50+ hours to manage both my firm and the job that I love.

Good Perks, Nice People

Pros

- Great pay and even better benefits including health care, bonus structure, shares, incentives, various programs - For the most part, genuinely great team in Australia with the majority keen to do a good job and help their team do the same - Hybrid work, in office two days a week only - Work / life balance

Cons

- At times there is a lack of clarity from top down on how we're going to get where we need to be at a tactical level and that leads to disconnect between teams / individuals - Lots of middle management and not many juniors can limit career progression

Pros

- People actually take vacation and sick days - Benefits: PTO, Sick days, health and wellness stipend, LOTS of holidays off - Work life balance - You can advocate for design having an opinion in a PD/PM world - Talented PM and PD partners - Hybrid 2-3 days a week (flexible though if circumstantial)

Cons

- Work can be mundane at times/big company = long and often slow timelines - Skip/manager turn over - Not a lot of younger folks - A little bit on the lower end of base pay, but not terrible
