Pros

the stock is doing well, the campus amenities are great

Cons

Frequent and chaotic reorganizations and shift to overseas creating huge talent loss. Some of the best leaders were forced out, and people are no longer happy. The culture has shifted from being great to bad or terrible in only 2-3 years. They even took out employee first out of their leadership runbook.

Pros

Intuit has one of the most supportive work environments I’ve ever experienced. From leadership to developers, everyone is genuinely invested in helping each other learn and grow. The company provides excellent benefits—competitive compensation, generous PTO, wellness programs, and flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Intuit’s commitment to caring for employees really shines through.

Cons

No major cons! So far good.
