Pros

Employee culture - "it's the people" is a fundamental concept that everyone embraces, from a work and life perspective Future-looking - there's always a continual focus on what's ahead, learning from mistakes from the past

Cons

Be prepared - as a tech company, the concept of "work hard, play hard" is absolutely true. For as much focus as there is on having a good time, you need to be prepared for those times when you'll need to work wonky hours, or have days full of meetings. The majority of managers understand that "work/life balance" is critical, but at the end of the day, you need to be able to keep up and motivate yourself.
