Pros

Employees are not smothered by micromanaging.

Cons

Technical bugs are not corrected in updates but mended. Troubleshooting and reporting tools are spread out, uncoordinated and outdated Employees' human needs not always taken into consideration.

Pros

- Good culture: People genuinely care about the customer problems and are nice - Decent pay with good stock and ESPP benefits - Team bonding and engagement are heavily encouraged

Cons

- Bureaucratic: decisions are rarely made in consultation with the on-ground stakeholders and at times leave employees baffled. - Lack of aggression and bold decisions: we are mostly playing catchup with new age competitors. - Politics: Visibility and perception matter more to leadership than actual results - If you are working in IDC, you will have a tough time making an impression on US folks(leadership is mostly US based)and work harder than others to get good projects. - Tech tools and stack are pretty outdated compared to FAANG
