Pros

Mission and values driven company that focuses on enabling its employees to innovate and solve the biggest pain points for the customers. There is no hierarchy, our CEO is like a coach and friend (on Facebook, literally!). It is a truly global company where there is immense opportunity to grow and advance your career. What I like the most is the autonomy and trust from the leaders to take risks and create something new. The icing on the cake is the culture - every employee is empowered to bring their whole self to work, and work on things that matter the most to them, like being part of a community of interest or passion.

Cons

We are still in the early days of being known as a powerful tech company.
