friendly workers typical s/w co where working hours are self managed numerous online technical training offered managers recognize hard work and are considerate of working hours benefits beyond industry standard

Cons

inconsistent process within teams horrible helpdesk; technician asked if a server was a waiter? cafeteria menu is overpriced leftovers sub par with other high tech co that apply and use latest tools avail

Pros

Good salary, good bonus, flexible working hours. Competitive benefit. Company stock is doing very well. Innovation is highly encouraged within the company

Cons

Re-org very often. You might get 4 different managers in one year. Not much chance to grow in career. The year review is a joke.
