Pros

Intuit provided a suite of great benefits.

Cons

Intuit is a large company, and in my experience quite an impersonal environment to work. It's also a very stable company, where change happens gradually.

Poor middle-management

Pros

Great facilities and benefits. The majority of front line employees are highly intelligent and enjoy doing quality work. You get good exposure to a broad array of technologies.

Cons

Middle management is clueless and they mask critical operational issues from senior management. They talk about the SDLC but have no clue how to implement any of its models within the constraints of PM concepts to ensure a quality outcome.
