Pros

Great people. Great work/life balance. Lots of stuff going on. It's the best company I've ever worked for, but sometimes it's also been the worst.

Cons

Lack of focus. Fear of outsourcing. Fear of speaking up against the gospel of the day. Cynicism has begun to grow roots.

Pros

* Strong mission * Employees have been around for a long time - 10-20+ years are not uncommon. * Commitment to 360 review. Senior leaders are evaluated and business unit level reviews are shared across the company - great indicators when things are going well or not.

Cons

* Senior management, including multiple BU's and executive staff, have problems with prioritizing to the critical few. Overextending and insufficient resources are prevalent. * Intuit is on the cycle of outsourcing central functions, so be aware that this is happening; not necessarily a con.
