Pros

- Intuit puts the employee first - before the customer and with shareholders last. it's not just something they say but something you can call upon to question managers and executives and the company mostly lives up to it - excellent work life balance in most groups - pretty good compensation - excellent wellness and benefits - customer-obsessed mentality

Cons

- mtv/sdg centric culture. really hard to own things from other offices - the company moves slow. decision making is collaborative and consensus, and sometimes to the point of paralysis - tech stack can be less than cutting edge
