      Brilliant culture, high performance teams and bold growth aspirations. Values drive everything. Excellent flexibility and benefits policies.

      Cons

      A huge company but a small team in Australia - so sometimes the workload can spike. If you don't adapt to the culture, things can be hard.

      - Culture, - Still small enough that everyone knows each other! - Great offices - Views of the harbour budge - Great benefits - Gym allowance, Private healthcare, Mobile Phone etc

      Cons

      - Global head office is in US, Australia is not prioritized as it should be in such a challenging market. -Communication from leaders could be improved. - They need to prioritize their flagship product, not one the sales teams don't even sell. -There isn't much career progression in the sales teams.
