      Pros

      Good employee friendly company. Focuses more on employee welfare. Business is doing very good.

      Cons

      Moves little slowly. Org boundaries often come in the middle.

      Pros

      Compensation is slightly above market, which is good. They use stock option to tie you down here (each year a portion of it vest) so if you leave you lose the unvested stock. CEO is a smart and articulate guy. Facility amenities include a small gym and discounted lunch. There are some free light snacks. Working hours is flexible, no one breath down your neck to ensure you are here 9-5.

      Cons

      Product management is outdated with modern technology and it reflects in the product. Change their mind and priority too much. Some engineers who worked here a long time is very outdated with modern technology as well. At the end of the day, it's consumer tax software, so not very exciting. Growth opportunity is very limited.

      Pros

      Great benefits, way more than what you hear anywhere. Amazing work culture, everyone has a lot of say in the work. People are really talented and good at their job, there is so much to learn . The company doesn't just stand at the top of the list India's best workplace. The company does everything to get there.

      None that i can think of !!
