Pros
People are great here. Coming to work is genuinely fun and the company embraces bringing your whole self to work.
Cons
Company benefits are sub par relative to other companies in the same space. Considering that Intuit is a $49B company, it's employee benefits are pretty ordinary. $650 per year on fitness barely covers any gym membership. Senior management don't really know what is happening on the floor. Targets are unrealistic and there is a huge disjoint between marketing and sales teams. No clear vision of strategy for the next 5 years and seems like management is just doing trial and error.
