Pros

perks lots of opportunity to make a difference plenty of scope to be promoted

Cons

- company vision is very complex - too many cooks trying to do the same thing - the company tries to focus on a lot of things, however they need to focus on 1-5 priorities and do it well before moving onto something else. This goes for all of the departments. Something else becomes the hot new topic and there is rush to fix or push that initiative. - no consistency when hiring
