      Pros

      - quick, fair recruitment process that involves a presentation that I had to prepare before the interview. Feedback was given the same day - everyone is there help, whether they're in the same team as you or not - fantastic culture - the company values are embedded into everything that's done - operates as a start up with the backing of a multi-billion pound organisation - feedback driving environment

      Cons

      - fast paced environment - there's a requirement to be able to hit the ground running, however support is there from the entire business

      The focus on people development and happiness/wellbeing is amazing Everyone is encouraged and enabled to achieve great results It's a really exciting business in an increasingly competitive and interesting market Communication is excellent and success is celebrated regularly

      Cons

      The environment is so fast paced and the UK team relatively small that there are sometimes too many opportunities to chose between, but there is a lot of support in helping navigate this
