Pros
- Great teams that support each other locally and usually work well together - Great place to work with good benefits (i.e. health, dental, in-house gym, etc.) - Access to most of the tools you need to get your work done - Management is supportive of career growth and ask you what your aspirations are right when you get hired - Hiring process is efficient and you know right away whether or not you got the job
Cons
- Because it's a multinational company, sometimes it's hard to track down global counterparts since each region divides their teams differently - Again, because it's a multinational, sometimes it's hard to find the right internal databases/reports you need to get your job done
