Pros

Intuit has an open culture that encourages innovation and creativity. There is a lot of latitude for taking calculated risks, and the openness helps us all learn from our collective mistakes.

Cons

Intuit is small for a large company, and large for a small company...so there are times when we wrestle with who we are.

Pros

Good compensation - total rewards. High margin company. Market leader.

Cons

Changes in senior execs have left Intuit drifting from it's top value - integrity without compromise. Intuit is becoming more political....... Human Resources has lost a lot of good talent.

Cons

-PD management is pretty weak -Senior PD management changes out way too much -Focus on innovation is right idea, but execution is flailing -Leadership rewards fire-fighting heroics instead of smart execution
