Employees come first. Technology - cloud based platforms for financial data and services to deliver the benefit to small businesses and consumers. Very complex problems to solve including security, always on

      - Strong values are the fundation of the culture and part of everyday's job and decisions. - Great level of empowerment to employees, innovative company were people are encouraged to try and learn. - Clear vision and strong alignement on mission, true north, strategies and priorities at every level of the company. - Inspiring leadership teams.

      Cons

      Company is still in the process of becoming global, which generates operational challenges for the teams outside the core markets. Proves very humble in accepting it and determined to get it right though.

      Employee benefits are really strong and complete. Working conditions are awesome (office location, tools, autonomy). Atmosphere and balance between work and personal life is quite good. Small team = opportunity to grow, to share idea and to launch quick campaign to test. Great Intuit Culture and values! Lean start-up is always present

      Cons

      US centric company - small team in Paris but sometimes long development and central approval.
