      Pros

      Aside from the generous benefits package, RRSP matching, fitness/educational reimbursement credits and community-building events, the company really prioritizes the experience of the employee. A lot of companies say they care about their workers, but this is the first company I've been at that actually lives it. There are social events every month, opportunities for travel, on-site massage and gym, complete with lunch hour fitness classes!

      Cons

      The path to move up in the company can be ambiguous. Pay scale is mid-tier at best.

      Incredible customer focus - other places talk about it, Intuit lives it through follow-me-homes, innovation systems, values. Strong global and local leadership that prioritizes employees, customers and shareholders in that order. Opportunity to spend time on innovation through unstructured time, and also support our local communities through our We Care and Give Back initiatives. We are changing the face of the industry and making life easier for small businesses - what's not to love??

      Cons

      Still learning to be a global organization - time zones can be challenging with late night calls, and a lot of resources are still only available in the US. Unstructured time isn't always easy to make happen when there's lots going on - needs to be planned ahead of time.
