Awesome culture - True North with Employees, Customers and then Share Holders .. It is the one of most customer focused companies and has an awesome mission of improving peoples financial lives

Cons

Decisions take long time and is consensus driven. People are very nice and don't want to come across as harsh or non collaborative

Pros

Amazing culture with great pay and benefits. Highly focused on career and leadership development - not afraid to make high investment in high-performers. CEO one of the most inspiring executives in software. A customer focused organization that is driven by solving important problems for users. Commitment to innovation makes it such a great place to experiment and grow.

Cons

Succession of CEO will be difficult with current exec team - change in culture imminent. Retention of high performers could become difficult with a less inspiring leader (particularly if founder Scott Cook reduces his involvement over time)
