      Pros

      Great people, doing superb work in a lovely office... the vibe of this place is really positive, everyone has a can-do attitude, and there is a solid sense of achievement around the place. Work-life balance is good, with lots of fun activities in the office to excite and engage. Customer contact is constant, and the ability to see customer feedback turned into solid improvement to the product is a gift in itself.

      Cons

      None that i can see - the place is really fast paced, and sometimes the systems and processes of a company making the shift can creak under the pressure of change - but these challenges are normal.

      It is a great place to work - employee centric, great benefits, offers work-life balance, values based company, work allows you to positively impact the lives of customers.

      Cons

      With its global expansion well underway, it continues to experience some of those growth challenges. This provides a great opportunity for individuals to drive what we need to focus on in the new countries.
