Pros

- Great employee culture - Offer higher salary than market average - Fast-paced and challenging (in a good way)

Cons

- Often hire or place people in the wrong roles (lack of experience, alignment on vision, lack of passion) which leads to really high turn over - Challenges in being able to get things done quickly or innovate due to centralized decision making out of the US - When business isn't doing well, you get a "which-hunt" vibe. Seems like folks are looking to shift/place blame very quickly rather than find a solution

Doesn't necessarily meet expectations!

Pros

Some good benefits and central London location. Travel to the US a great experience. I would see this as a great company for a new job seeker.

Cons

Doesn't meet expectations once you've got through the arduous hiring process. Work/life balance a challenge. Shouldn't be operating as a "start up" now. Lack of experienced individuals in key roles.
