-- Good package -- Got flexible work environment -- company things about the employees convenience and is open to employee feedback
Cons
-- Career path can be a little confusing. should get proper career path set -- there are lot of organizational changes which might affect the employee frequently in terms of the company vision and other priorities which keep changing with every orgarnization change. it becomes a tiresome experience.
