Pros

Feedback from direct managers has been excellent and the company does try to follow through on employee feedback.

Cons

Total lack of exciting new product ideas. You will get the opportunity to work on a wide range of fascinating products from payroll processing to state taxes!

Pros

Intuit has a lot of really smart people solving a lot of interesting problems. I find the values and ethics impeccable, always doing in the end what is right for the customer - sometimes even at a cost to shareholders. Overall though, the best, well managed large company I've ever worked for

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit too over analytical, with few people willing to pull the trigger. Behind a bit on the technology front, but still with very heavy investments. Sometimes put big bets behind the wrong leaders - those that don't have a lot of credibility with the rank and file.

Pros

Intuit definitely cares about their employees (both professionally and personally). They will bend over backwards to make sure that each person is able to succeed.

Cons

There isn't a feeling of everyone moving in the same direction. There are many groups within the company who are doing their own 'thing'.
