Pros

Intuit is a great company to work for. There are many positive elements, benefits and compensation are great, there are opportunities available however you must seek them out.

Cons

Growth at Intuit is very dificult. There is not a formal mechanism which allows the employees to progress up the ranks at Inuit. Many initiatives have been started but they all die out and never make it past a year or two. Intuit changes direction regularly and to sustain anything, you must stick with it.

Pros

They promote good work/life balance. Their benefits are the best I've gotten. I liked the quick performance feedback from your manager but this could very stressful if you are not up to par.

Cons

Senior management lacked direction. Seems like management gets replaced often and very easily. They promote certain values but their actions speak opposite of those values.
