The Intuit Ride

Business Outlook

Pros

1) team collaboration and interaction both related to work and non-work situations 2) overall campus environment and atmosphere 3) health and other benefit programs are great

Cons

1) depending on department there consistently feels like a need to work long hours (like 9-12 hours). 2) discussions to find ways to reduce overall workload seem to end with being just that, discussions.
