      Pros

      Great exposure to technology and a seemingly ok service model.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership. A strong disconnect between core values and the work environment. Sociopathic use of technology to micro-manage employees results in unhappy employees and lack of productivity. In spite of what's advertised, compensation is NOT competitive. In fact far from it and the company prides itself on paying well below market value.

      Great company and benefits are top notch, pay is okay for what it is. Quota adjustments for taking more than 4 consecutive days off for vacay

      Corporate corporate corporate... More KPIs than you can keep track of and any one of them being low can get you fired. Every single day is important to hitting your quota and a lot of times of your out for a day or two your going to have a tough time hitting your month...
