Pros

clear progression path if you perform well lots of benefits for you and your family regular incentives realistic targets (you shouldn't be in sales if you can't hit target) family support time hybrid working

Cons

there is pressure to perform on sales numbers but given this is a sales role you need to be able to perform otherwise you are in the wrong job hybrid policy reduced to 2 days at home and 3 days in the office, trust your employees to get the work done remotely delays with product innovation, some departments do not meed deadlines when promising product improvements

Pros

If you’re in Atlanta the office is really nice and the benefits are great

Cons

Micromanagement from HELL. Managers force constant check-ins—minimum four times a day—plus hours of Zoom calls where they eavesdrop on live calls. Slow to respond on Slack? Expect another message or a Zoom invite (bathroom breaks included). Oversharing is mandatory—'I’m sick' isn’t enough; they want the diagnosis. Sales is run by people with zero sales experience. Commission and quotas? A total mystery for months, and now it’s a monthly guessing game. Absolute chaos. ITS CANCER!!! 0/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
