Lot of resources/opportunities to learn and grow - msdn subscription, pluralsight, 10% unstructured time to pursue one's own tech interests, not confined to one technology or team, internal mobility options. 3. Friendly colleagues, seniors always help junior engineers to grow, mentoring is a key goal as you grow up the ladder. 4. Diversity is given lot of importance - through employe networks, communities, management encourages women in tech.

Cons

Bosses don't shy away from taking hard decisions for the good of the company, due to which org changes are frequent.
