Great benefits, better than some top tier companies, especially health. Easy to get promoted, there was definitely title inflation here. Great work/life balance, few people stayed past 5:00 in my group. Safari Books Online account Paid training encouraged

The most backward engineering culture I've ever been a part of in my 15+ year career Reorgs over and over and over again, no corporate vision Questionable job security because they habitually overhire and then layoff Management doesn't care about running an efficient organization Core values sound nice, but are often ignored
