Good Pay : That is the only plus point Company is cash rich If you can play politics, it's "the" place to be If you butter up the right people, no need to do any work

Cons

Petty Politics Favoritism Performance does not mean that it will be recognized Too many people waiting in line to take away the work that you have done No visibility at all if you are a fresher

work life balance is very good. If an employee wants to move around, there are plenty of internal opportunities. compensation and perks are very competitive

there is too much process in some organizations. Process trumps flexibility. too much politics
