Pros

Everyone really pitches in to help each other. Teamwork is strong! The pay and benefits are great. Downtime and life balance is encouraged. The patient’s experience and outcome are what matters.

Cons

As with any growing company, there are bumps and bruises as new processes are developed. But everyone works together to grow and improve.
