Pros

This place is great to learn how to design, fabricate, integrate, and test composite materials. The leadership is exemplary and you can tell everyone is passionate about the mission. The president of the company personally knows everyone and is like a constant general on the battlefield. This company is a wonderful place to grow and gain confidence.

Cons

Work is plentiful, but that is common with careers that have certain deadlines. But with a dedicated team, those problems are easily overcome.

Pros

Engaging space‑related projects, supported by compensation and benefits that are competitive within the industry.

Cons

- Technical rigor is inconsistent, and the organization has yet to adopt a systematic framework necessary for sustained success. - There are cultural shortcomings that the company has not yet addressed, and they impact both morale and execution.

Pros

Anything you touch leaves this planet

Cons

Trying to save money by eliminating jobs and shifts. Timecard system is annoying. 30 min lunch with a 10 hour shift is to short. No sick or vaca it is all PTO.
