      Pros

      Flexible hours, experienced leaders, everyone is very nice, company employees all move forward with focused goals.

      Cons

      Position is contracted to assist other contractors. Currently, due to the Covid-19 protocols, it is hard to move up or be promoted within the company as you are out of sight and out of mind working at the other contractor assigned locations.
