Meaningful work: What I love most about my job is the direct impact it has on patient outcomes. Knowing that my work is helping to improve people's lives is incredibly fulfilling and motivates me to strive for excellence every day. Growth opportunities: Intuitive Surgical offers numerous opportunities for professional growth and development, whether it's through training programs, mentorship, or taking on new challenges. I've been able to expand my skill set and advance my career in a relatively short period.

Processes and procedures: Like any large organization, we have our share of bureaucracy and processes that can sometimes slow us down. Ugly history of culture and lack of diversity, customers still remember and see glimpses of it from time to time depending on geography
