      Pros

      People here seem really driven by the company mission - in a good way. Great benefits, unlimited PTO, and salaries are competitive (especially in the healthcare industry)

      Cons

      People are nice, but the culture doesn’t feel like one that is easy to be social or break into. Teams tend to focus on work and not take a lot of effort for team building or employee engagement

      working here is fine, but some career path is not very clear

      Pros

      wlb is ok for me. We are in hybrid working mode so I can choose to go to office or wfh as I wish.

      Cons

      It might be difficult to transfer the skills I learned here as a ds to other field. Also the policy for immigrant employee is not optimal.
