      Mission-driven, interesting problems, high responsibility and ownership, stock compensation

      Cons

      Midsize company still run like a startup. Some lack (or duplication) of organization, processes, and systems. Some lack of fairness, especially for tenured employee salaries and promotion, but this seems to be common across most companies. Starting to get layered and bureacratic.

      Excellent team addressing an important need with a robot-assisted endoluminal approach.

      Cons

      Feedback on performance seemed delayed and left to the end of year instead of addressing any concerns as they came along.
