      Working at Intuitive Surgical has changed my life. I have earned 2 promotions during my 5 years at Intuitive Surgical. Leadership's investment in your growth is unlike any place I have been employed. Their growth pathway is clearly defined and there are plenty of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      The opportunities/resources/assistance for career advancement are all there for you. You are responsible for your growth, everyday.

      Pros

      This company invests in you like no other. Coming from another massive med device company, the level of effort they put into developing people is second to none. I have been here two years and have had countless opportunities to better myself and still keep patient at the focus of what we do.

      Cons

      This isn't a con necessarily, but there is a high level of expectations for what we do. Those who want to actually make a difference will succeed here. If you don't like high pace and being pushed, it might not be ideal.

      Intuitive invests in it's people and offers multiple paths to promotion or expansion. You work alongside talented individuals. Getting hired at Intuitive is hard- which is good!
