I would give negative stars if that were an option. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against working at this company, particularly within the Trade and Logistics department.
There appears to be a significant level of favoritism, and concerns about management practices extend up to senior leadership. Hiring and advancement often seem influenced more by personal connections than by merit or performance.
Employees who are not part of the ‘inner circle’ may face job insecurity, questionable termination decisions, or poor treatment in the workplace. In contrast, those who are favored may not be held to the same performance standards.
The work environment is highly toxic. Many team members have either left due to these conditions or have been let go, and those who remain often report low morale and lack of support. Even you submit your complaint through proper channels like HR, you will always be ignored.
Overall, I would recommend carefully considering other opportunities.
