      Pros

      The company culture is supportive and collaborative. Mission is clear and employees are generally proud to be part of Intuitive. Since the company is still growing, there are a lot of opportunities, including technical and non-technical aspects such as career growth and self development.

      Cons

      Engineering driven so cross functional collaboration and resource allocation can some times be challenging.

      - A fantastic workplace with intelligent colleagues - Overall, a supportive and positive environment - Sometimes back-to-back meetings, but they are highly productive - Clear and transparent management with well-defined goals
