      1. Not all regions are successful to adapt to the company culture (e.g. - India culture has a lot to improve to match the culture of Intuitive US or Intuitive EU)

      It has been a while, but this is still just the beginning

      Pros

      Intuitive is about the most forward thinking, most conscientious, and most inclusive company you might ever find. Every Intuitive employee embodies this. It is also by no accident that Intuitive is incredibly successful and so deserving of it for what it has been able to accomplish for humanity by improving surgery of all things. Working at Intuitive is not just making a living, it is living with a sense of purpose by working.

      Cons

      Intuitive is also a very frugal company. There are some nice perks but don't expect gourmet food at the cafeteria or business class flights unless you have done it so much you are sick of flying. It also always feels like we are understaffed for the work to be done.
